Good morning, and welcome to a day in the life of a patent as a patent, I like to start my morning reveling in all the inventions I've protected over the years like this oven made its coffee machine, the fridge and microwave are like asleep, that prevents your fingers from getting too high. There are certain things a patent needs to be in order to successfully protect your idea. First of all, you need your patent to be strong, bulletproof even so that nobody can infringe your rights. Go ahead. Good patent needs to be flexible, so you have some wiggle room. It also should be brought. So you cover your competitors products. Think of me as your goalie preventing your idea from being scored on. I mean, stolen my job is to intercept others who are trying to steal your idea. That's my goal. Get it go. More recently, I the patent have had the pleasure of representing inspiring inventors like Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla Motors. Hey, Elon, Steve Jobs, the inventor of the iPhone, Steve. And Sara Blakely, the inventor of Spanx. Hey, Sara, these inspiring inventors have changed the world. And it's patents like me that have protected them. US patents will continue working for you for 20 years after we're born. We're loyal like that. But it's important that you don't get a weak patent from some inexperienced or inept sources or otherwise your patents going to look less like me and a lot like this
