Is there something proprietary about this? Or can you patent this? I'm not even certain we didn't patent it. Because if you make out a patent, you got to disclose everything that's edit. And we don't want to make it so that can be duplicated and people have tried to duplicate it, and they cannot.
Okay, first of all, this doesn't make any sense. He said he didn't patent it, because if you patent it, you have to disclose everything. What I don't understand what entrepreneurs think is going to happen when you sell your product. How are you going to sell your product without disclosing it? The minute it's on store shelves, somebody is going to take it and if it's a competitor, and they want to know what's in it, then they're going to reverse engineer it, bring it to a laboratory, and everything that's in there is already known.
