Hey, you have an idea, and you don't know if you should protect it or not. I'm a patent attorney who's helped over 1200 inventors protect their intellectual property rights. Why would I tell you not to protect your idea, but it doesn't take a patent attorney to understand the importance of having legal protection over an idea. Just take a look at Apple. With over 2400 patents under their belt. They understand that their ideas are worth billions, so they protect them. A patent is the only form of protection you can get to keep other companies and competitors from stealing your idea. And choosing to protect your idea is the first step in our nine step process called the idea to patent system. This system is a unique and custom program designed by me to help inventors like you protect their idea, my nine step process is tried and true. I've refined this system and make changes to it for the last 25 years. Since then, it's helped countless ambitious inventors make millions of dollars from their ideas. Imagine tirelessly working on your idea for months, building prototypes, working on marketing, and scheduling a launch day, you finally bring your idea to market and you obtain success, profits and attention. Now picture another inventor or company creating something similar or better, and dimming the light on you and your product with a patent. You don't have to ever imagine that because it is illegal to do so. With a patent your idea is protected under the law, and it prevents anyone from making using selling or importing products without your consent. And investors understand the importance of patents as well. No one wants to put money into an unprotected product because the risk and liabilities are greatly increased. A patent also serves as a valuable tool and an asset during negotiations because it prevents another company or product from infringing on your rights. You'll also be able to leverage your inventions patent for a higher payment when negotiating with companies. Another reason companies like Apple continue to think outside the box is because patents also encourage innovation and they prevent the theft of original ideas. Can you picture what would have happened if other people came out with their version of an iPhone, we'd have a phone, B phone, C phone etc. Steve Jobs would have probably grown frustrated and quit, and future inventors would be less motivated to invent. It sounds sappy, but the world depends on your creativity and innovation to keep it moving forward. Your ideas solve the problem, and your fellow citizens are walking around annoyed and disheveled waiting on a solution. There may also be someone else with the same idea, which is all the more reason why obtaining a patent is important. Your idea is invaluable, and is 100% worth protecting, or someone else will we protect things of value to us all of the time. It's the same reason we opt in for house alarms, car alarms, and even fences around your pool. It gives us peace of mind and reminds us that we're protected. You don't have to worry about your house being robbed your car getting broken into, or your toddler falling into the pool. So why give someone a chance to steal your idea. A bulletproof patent confirms your exclusive rights to your invention. So ditch the letter and the sealed envelope because you can't just mail yourself a description of your invention for protection. You're going to need a patent. Don't let your good idea get stolen, duplicated or ripped off. A patent is worth the peace of mind. As an inventor on this journey, you're going to have plenty of questions, I created my nine step system to easily guide you from idea to profits. I also started a Facebook group called The inventors mastermind filled with over 2000 inventors as a creative space to offer tips, guidance and support. I only work with pioneering inventors who are determined to see through to the success of their idea and protect it with a patent. If that's you, then you're invited to join my Facebook group. Just search the inventors mastermind on Facebook, or type in www.facebook.com backslash groups backslash the inventors mastermind. See you there
