I'm actually working with different hybrid plants. What, is there a patent available for that?

Yes. So, you can— there’s three types of—you got utility patents, design patents. I haven't covered plant patents because they're extremely rare. But if you have a new type of plant, especially a hybrid, you absolutely can patent it. So that's yeah, plants are the third type of patents. You get utility, design, and plant patents. So I didn't mean that to cover plant patents. It's just, in my 25 years of practice, I've only had perhaps five times that I've been approached with somebody with a—that wanted to patent a new type of plant.
