Jivitesh has over 10 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Jivitesh has drafted and obtained patents for various multinational companies in the software, electrical, telecommunications, and manufacturing fields. In his previous roles, Jivitesh has served as an in-house patent manager where he has devised patent strategy, managed patent portfolios, streamlined patent (docketing and budgeting) processes, trained patent drafting and prosecution, and acted as a liaison between outside counsel and inventors. Jivitesh is registered to practice as a patent agent before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, and United States Patent and Trademark office. He received his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication engineering in 2012.
