We help individuals with their intellectual property matters, focusing strongly on patents. Both of us have done only this for our entire legal careers.
We have offices located in seven Florida cities, two offices in Las Vegas, and one in New York City.
Our evaluation is vital to determine if your idea or invention will succeed or be a waste of time and money.
Before you waste your time and money, Glenn and I want to offer you professional legal guidance concerning your invention or
idea.
Your conversations with us are completely confidential and guaranteed by both Florida and Federal law.
Patenting an invention or idea . . . Correctly.
The first step is not always applying for a patent.
If your idea or invention already exists or is not otherwise patentable, you could end up wasting your time and money.
We advise you to follow this three step process when patenting an idea or invention.
Step 1: Initial Strategy
This is an absolute must. It is where we plan for your success.
To determine if your idea or invention is commercially viable, we work with you using our knowledge of the markets. We then find the best way to market it.
Step 2: Patent Application
This is where we can conduct an extremely thorough patent search to determine whether your idea or invention already exists. If it does, then there is no point in continuing. If your idea or invention does not exist already, we then discuss which type of application to focus on; A Provisional Utility Application, a Non-Provisional Utility Application, or a Design Patent. More than one type of patent may be recommended.
Step 3: Enforcement
When you have your patent and your idea or invention is commercially available, it is key to protect it and make sure it is never stolen or "borrowed". When protecting our clients and enforcing the patent monopoly, Glenn and I can be called upon to protect your patent.
Here is Our Promise To You
We promise to tell you right away if we do not think your idea or invention well be a success. We will be upfront and honest with you so you don't waste your time and money.
If it is our opinion that your idea or invention is promising, we will lay out your options and what actins you should take to proceed.
We encourage you to speak with a Ft. Lauderdale Patent Attorney to get professional advice so you can make the decisions that are in your best interests.
We offer an initial consultation, free of charge.
Your initial consultation can be in English or Spanish, and over the phone or in person. Just let us know what you prefer. You can reach us at 954-452-0033 or toll free at 1-866-433-2288.
