ALLEN D. HERTZ |

Allen D. Hertz is a registered Patent Agent, licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is experienced in a wide variety of areas of patent prosecution practice. Graduating from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida with a B.S. in Ocean Engineering, he studied a wide variety of Engineering disciplines, including Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Vibrations, and Acoustics.
Prior to becoming a Patent Agent, Allen worked as a Staff Engineer for Motorola Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas (Two-way Paging) and Boynton Beach, Florida (Japan Products Paging). While an Engineer at Motorola, Inc., Allen gained considerable experience with a vast array of product-related and manufacturing technologies including, for example, product design, printed circuit board assemblies, integrated circuit (chip) processing/packaging, RF technology, product assembly, testing, and reliability. While at Motorola, Allen became a Distinguished Innovator and was a member of the Mechanical Patent Committee.
Allen understands inventors, with over 27 issued patents and more pending resulting in the development of eight independent products and other concepts licensed or assigned to Motorola, Intel, Dupont, IBM, Compaq, and others. |

Connie
Masters is a registered Patent Agent, licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent
and Trademark Office and is experienced in a wide variety of areas of patent
prosecution practice. Graduating from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas
with a B.S. in General Science, she did her Master's work in cellular biology
at the University of Missouri where her research was on a temperature-sensitive
mitotic mutant cell line. Connie is very involved in promoting science and technology
to students, having served as a mentor for the NASA FIRST Robotics Competition,
served on two private school boards, and provided numerous scientific presentations
and enrichment opportunities for high school students. She is a member of the
American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), and on the Executive
Board of her local Chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
She has substantial expertise in the protection of industrial equipment, tools,
robotics, computer hardware, software, Internet and networking applications,
biotechnology, medical devices, genetics, and immunology.

Keith
Harrison is a registered Patent Agent, licensed to practice before the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office. He has been practicing before the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office for more than 8 years, during which time he has gained considerable
experience in all areas of patent practice, including, but not limited to: patent
novelty searches, opinions and related research, patent application drafting,
and patent application prosecution. Keith is of-counsel to the firm, and assists
with mechanical, electromechanical, biological, telecommunications, software
and Internet arts.
